A professional change (for example, taking on a new job or leadership role) is usually a challenge, and it should not be underestimated that it is in the transition phase that your success is set. During the first 90 days after taking over the new function, in several coaching sessions current issues are analyzed and the right set of action can be planned. Coaching is not about imparting specialist knowledge, it is rather the process that enables you to reflect on the situation, identify options and act.
