My back­ground

My edu­ca­ti­on:

  • Busi­ness and Orga­niza­tio­nal Psy­cho­lo­gist FH with various advan­ced trai­nings in HR Manage­ment, Coa­ching, Cor­po­ra­te Deve­lo­p­ment, Orga­niza­ti­on Design as well as other topics in the field of Human Resour­ces and Orga­niza­tio­nal Development.

  • Prior to beco­ming self-employ­ed, I work­ed for 20 years as a spe­cia­list and mana­ger in natio­nal and inter­na­tio­nal com­pa­nies in indus­try, the ser­vice sec­tor and public admi­nis­tra­ti­on in ope­ra­tio­nal and stra­te­gic human resour­ces manage­ment with a focus on stra­te­gic human resour­ces, orga­niza­tio­nal and cor­po­ra­te development.
  • Since 2012 I offer my ser­vices as an inde­pen­dent con­sul­tant and advi­se and coun­sel pri­va­te indi­vi­du­als and com­pa­nies (pro­fit and non-pro­fit orga­niza­ti­ons) on issues in the fol­lo­wing areas:
