Peer coaching

Peer coaching is a structured process for a group under professional supervision to discuss professionally related cases. Issues are systematically reflected on and discussed in a results-oriented manner. Thanks to predefined steps, a result can be achieved within a very short time and the participants learn from each other. The peer coaching benefits from the different perspectives of the participants, is a platform for problem solving and for joint learning.
