Team deve­lo­p­ment helps a group of peo­p­le working tog­e­ther on a task or goal to impro­ve their coope­ra­ti­on and abili­ty to work tog­e­ther. This covers get­ting to know each other bet­ter and defi­ning a com­mon way of working (values, pro­ces­ses, rules of the game, sha­ring infor­ma­ti­on and know­ledge, com­mu­ni­ca­ti­on, etc.). The team deve­lo­p­ment pro­cess is cus­to­mi­zed (con­tent, dura­ti­on), depen­ding on the situation.
